Global Grooves

Global Grooves is hosted by Jeff Spitzer-Resnick, who has been a world music DJ on WORT-FM, in Madison, Wisconsin, for many years, where he currently hosts the Hejira world music radio show.

Global Grooves will present beautiful music from all over the world, including world music from musicians based in Canada. Some shows will feature music from particular continents or countries. Other shows will present music from as many as six continents with an emphasis on new music that listeners may have never heard before. From time to time, Global Grooves will present interviews with musicians from around the world, who may have a new album out or are touring in the area.
